Nicomekl Rowing Club welcomes new members of all abilities. Whether you are new to the sport or are already an active rower, you will enjoy rowing on the beautiful Nicomekl River in a supportive and fun atmosphere. The club provides Learn-To-Row classes and ongoing coaching for members of every skill level.

How to RegisterPlease note registration is not accepted for any program until payment is received by NRC
Club membership is for one year, beginning April 1st until March 31st of the next year. Membership must include registration and insurance with Rowing Canada Aviron and Rowing BC

Fee StructureGeneral (Individual) Membership: $475 + $29.40 Rowing Canada + $26.50 Rowing B.C. = $530.90
Family: $382 + $29.40 Rowing Canada + $26.50 Rowing B.C. = $437.90 per member LTR: $280.00 (new members who have graduated from the Learn to Row program) Private Boat storage (single) $260 a year |
Guest Rowing Policy
Nicomekl Rowing Club welcomes guests from other rowing clubs. Please contact us by email at https://www.nico-row.com/contact.html
All individuals participating in club rowing and rowing-related activities must be RCA Members in good standing as per Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) By-Laws. Guests may participate in a scheduled row under the following conditions:
a) By being a current registered and insured member with RCA
b) If not registered and insured by with RCA, by registering with RCA, as a general member with Nicomekl Rowing Club and e-transferring fees to the club. To register with Rowing Canada Aviron: https://membership.rowingcanada.org/Join. To pay the associated RCA fees submit them to [email protected]
c) By registering under a ‘Come and Try Day’ event organized by the club and sanctioned by RCA. The event would need to be approved by RCA prior to coverage being issued.
An individual can row as a guest three times per year. A small monetary donation to our club would be appreciated. Donations can be made by e-transfer to: [email protected]
